Thank you for shopping with JWright Studios! Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-14 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and made-to-order items (including DTF transfers, sublimation prints, and custom apparel) may require additional processing time depending on order volume.

During peak seasons (graduation, holidays, sales), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and completed, shipping typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days (Standard Shipping – UPS)

  • 1–3 business days (Expedited Shipping, if selected at checkout)

Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Pearl, MS area. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. JWright Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Jwright Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim if needed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
